Ambassadors/Greeters

Our Ambassadors/Greeters’ responsibilities include:

• Offering friendly greetings to welcome patients and guests, and providing a positive first impression.
• Opening entrance doors for all patrons.
• Welcoming each patient and guest with a warm smile and offering to help him or her find the appropriate destination within the hospital quickly.
• Understanding the importance of initial impressions, which often set the tone for a patient or guest’s entire hospital visit.
• Being knowledgeable and informed about the layout of the hospital.
• Making an effort to remember repeat patients and guests, calling them by name when possible.
