I would like to comment on the service provided to One Day Surgery by Ambassadors Plus. Ambassadors Plus provides transportation services to our patients from preoperative and postoperative areas to the clinics and to their cars. Prior to Ambassadors Plus we had a service provider who could not keep up with the demand. We were given a multitude of excuses as to why we had 30 minutes to 1 hour wait times from transportation. The transporters would come in with frowns, complaining and with very poor attitudes. Ambassadors Plus has been exemplary in their service to our unit. We call for assistance and within 3-5 minutes someone is here to transport our patients. In our area patient turnover is anywhere from 30 minutes postoperative to 1 hour postoperative. Even on our heavy days when we are calling every 5 minutes Ambassadors Plus has not failed to supply the service that is needed to our area. The transporters are respectful of our patients and employees. They are always friendly, coming in with smiles on their faces and very cooperative.

We have been extremely happy and grateful for the service that Ambassadors Plus provides.

I would like to commend Ambassadors Plus for the outstanding service that they offer to our patients in the outpatient setting.

UAMS is indeed fortunate to have such a wonderful and efficient team working for us. Most importantly, the patient benefits from the services of Ambassadors Plus.
