The associates responsible for Coat and Luggage Check:

• Accept and store guests’ coats, luggage and other personal belongings, returning them safely to the rightful owners upon request.
• Politely greet patients and visitors and offer prompt, superior service.
• Acknowledge repeat guests and call them by name, when appropriate.
