• Efficiently handle all of the details that make a hospital visit seamless for a patient or guest.
• Accommodate all requests and offer solid recommendations for everything from restaurants and fitness facilities to the nearest Starbucks or WiFi center.
• Make arrangements for travel, dry cleaning services, personal errands, hotel accommodations and any other needs expressed by patients or visitors at the hospital.
• Display a working knowledge of the surrounding attractions and services in the area, as well as the hospital.
• Recognize repeat passengers and guests and try to call them by name.
• Provide a “five-star” hospitality experience in the hospital through outstanding concierge service.
