Ambassadors Plus Expands Presence in Southeast

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston announced today that it had awarded its contract for the management and operation of valet services to Ambassadors Plus. Several large, national valet parking firms competed for this business, including MUSC’s current provider, but Ambassadors Plus was selected for “best meeting the MUSC Medical Center standards of performance in delivering customer service and achieving customer satisfaction” according to the solicitation materials.
Beginning in early October, Ambassadors Plus will provide professional valet parking services for patients and guests at three locations on the MUSC campus: Ashley River Tower, Hollings Cancer Center and Rutledge Tower. The contract has the potential to continue through 2016.
“We are absolutely thrilled to add the Medical University of South Carolina to our list of prestigious clients,” said Michelle Wallace, President of Ambassadors Plus. “We look forward to developing a strong and effective partnership with MUSC, and continuing to expand our presence in our chief targeted area, the Southeast.”
MUSC has served the citizens of South Carolina since 1824. Over the years, it has expanded into a state university with a medical center and six colleges for the education of a broad range of health professionals, biomedical scientists and other health-related personnel. The campus includes an 82-acre medical complex and 150 buildings.
