Information Centers

Associates at Ambassadors Plus Information Centers perform the following tasks:

• Politely greet patients and guests.
• Offer friendly assistance to those needing help finding a department or area of the hospital.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the layout of the hospital for maximum effectiveness.
• Provide maps, directions and personal attention to patients and guests.
• Arrange for transportation, when necessary.
• Work seamlessly with other hospital staff on-site to accommodate all requests and provide the best possible service.
