Shuttle Services

The drivers for our Shuttle Services perform the following tasks:

• Create an easy, comfortable trip from parking decks and surface lots on the property to the healthcare facility’s entrance.
• Politely greet each patient and guest with a smile and help him or her into and out of the ADA-equipped shuttle van, if necessary.
• Possess a clean driving record and display a proficiency in operating the shuttle vans.
• Assist with luggage, if needed.
• Ensure each passenger wears a seatbelt.
• Promptly and safely deliver guests and employees to the healthcare facility’s entrance or desired location.
• Demonstrate a familiarity with the layout of the property in order to offer the best possible and most efficient service.
• Participate in training to learn driving and lift safety techniques before beginning work. 
• Recognize repeat visitors and call them by name, when possible.
