UAMS Cancer Institute Dedication A Success

Ambassadors Plus provided the valet service – parking nearly 100 cars – for the July 30 dedication ceremony of the 12-story expansion to the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. More than 600 people attended the event, which featured former U.S. Senator David Pryor, Governor Mike Beebe, UAMS Chancellor Dan Rahn, M.D., and Institute Director Peter Emanuel, M.D.

According to Andrea Peel, UAMS Director of Communications, Ambassadors Plus did a remarkable job: “Because of [Ambassadors Plus], more than 100 guests received a special and courteous welcome. To them, it’s about customer service and satisfaction – they get it, and it shows. They have provided valet services for every event I have managed, and this is always one element of the event I never have to worry about.”

For the past five years, Ambassadors Plus has provided quality valet, transportation, information center and/or greeter staff services to various facilities on the UAMS campus, including the Cancer Institute.
