Way-Finding Services

Our Way-Finding Services associates do the following:

• Serve as friendly greeters as patients and guests arrive at the hospital.
• Help patients and visitors navigate the maze of the hospital and find their desired destinations.
• Act as “walking partners” and personally escort guests around the healthcare facility.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the hospital building and/or campus in order to provide useful service and helpful directions.
• Circulate the hallways to help people who are lost or need assistance of any kind.
